Our Philosophy & Our Mission
We all have problems. Sometimes life is hard. It’s not easy, at those times, to plant a smile on your face and keep going. We know. We’ve all been there. We have walked the difficult road with loved ones, have experienced mental illness ourselves. We know there are conditions that can make life seem unbearable. And that it’s not easy to talk about it. We also know there is hope.
You’re not alone.
Tottenham Rich Hill is dedicated to offering a hand of help to our friends and neighbours who struggle with the stress of living, with trauma and with grief. We offer a hand of help to people whose loved ones struggle with mental illness or addiction.
We know that although there are 14 amazing agencies in our area serving mental health patients, there’s not a lot of help for folks with everyday struggles who just need someone to talk to.
Our philosophy is to help people heal in body, mind and spirit.
Our mission is to be a place in Tottenham where you can go for help.
